In Jewels' world the pursuit of creating a personal brand is beyond practicality and is seen as a devotional practice and spiritual journey in it's own rite.

The day-to-day commitment is simple: keep your awareness open to the wisdom that you recieve as you move through your life. As something comes through, do what you can do capture that insight in a way that you can refer back to it later.

This does not need to take a lot of time. In fact, I challenge you to figure out a way to make it happen in as little time as possible.

Checking in with the group and sharing your experience is recommended at least once per week and you are encouraged to set aside ~20 mins on your calendar each week to do so.

Yes, it's perfectly ok to join after the start date. This challenge is not about doing the same thing every day for a set number of days. If you join after the start date, dive right in and meet us where we are at (no need to go back and "catch up" with what you missed).

The official start date is December 1, 2025 and we go till March 31, 2026.

Please note that the container will be sealed and no new members will be able to join after Dec. 31, 2025 or once the group is full (whichever comes first).

The structure is simple and open to your own interpretation.

Your main focus is to bring form to your wisdom and lived experiences while also actively acknowledging that you are doing so. You can bring form to your wisdom by journaling, voice noting, composing a word document, writing a post, publishing a blog, recording a podcast, emailing your list, sharing to your stories, etc.

Your measure for success is becoming more aware of when you are blocking yourself from surrendering to the creative flow and taking action to remove or address these obstacles. The idea here is to curb the habits of overthinking that stop us from expressing.

Each time you take inspiration and bring it into concrete form you will take note of it and tally it up. As you get into this practice you are invited to share your personal realizations and keep the group posted on your running total.

With this being said, you are more than welcome to keep your goal open ended or challenge yourself to hit a certain number before the experience closes.

Because real change takes time. Most people need around 66 days to shift and anchor a new way of thinking, and I want this experience to give you the space to fully embody this shift. The 120-day container allows you to express, refine, and strengthen your voice at a pace that creates ample spaciousness. Having taught the Magnetic Expression curriculum to my private clients and in a group setting I also know that you will benefit most from taking your time to soak everything in :)
