With that being said, I can promise you that I will not give up on you when it's hard. I also need the same level of commitment coming from you in order for us to create an environment where you can really transform. Your choice to be mentored and taught by me is a powerful choice and the only way I can ensure you get the most from the experience is to hold and honor these dynamics. I bring the structure, you bring the flow. We are equal power but different.

JEWELS CREATIVE CO. does not offer refunds. As long as you have not accessed and watched any paid digital content, your purchase may be transferable to another product or service.
If you wish to adjust your commitment to a mentorship container you will be asked to write a well-thought email clearly explaining why mentorship is no longer for you. If at the time of this email you are still on a payment plan for mentorship, you will be offered the opportunity to “buy out” your contract by only paying 22% of your remaining balance within 30 days of communicating your desire to discontinue. In some circumstances mentorship can be put on pause or you may transfer your investment to another product or service but no refunds on mentorship is a very firm and serious boundary.

If you find that a part of the product or service you purchased is incomplete or missing anything that was promised to you please let us know so we can make it right.
Digital courses or services with an expiration date may be extended if life circumstances keep you from being able to show up to the work. However, we ask that you please notify us of needing an extension within a reasonable timeframe of the life circumstance arising.
If you have an issue with the quality of the delivery or have negative feedback to share about your experience, please share openly and respectfully with us via email. Please be solution oriented and note that communication sent in anger or rage may not be received.
All purchase for in-person events are final sale. If you are concerned about not being able to attend please purchase travelers insurance. Private in-person retreats may be rescheduled up until 14 days before with notice via email.
If you are on a reoccurring subscription plan and you’d like to cancel you may cancel any time by logging into the site (theintuiter.com) and accessing your subscriptions. If you’re unable to cancel by logging into the site you can email us and we will process it manually for you.
