We’ll gather in the city of Hot Springs, Arkansas, home to the largest quartz mineral deposit in the world . This potent land will support us in attuning to the deeper pulse beneath the noise.

Ritual & Connection
We’ll invoke the elements and honor the turning of the season together. These rituals create a container of reverence, where each woman is seen, held, and woven into collective rhythm of the group.
Personal Reflection
Throughout the retreat, you’ll be gently guided into deeper layers of self-inquiry — through reflection prompts offered in meditation, insights that arise in group sharing circles, and the powerful mirrors held by the women beside you.
Daily Meditation
Begin each day connecting your breath to your body as the sun rises. Practices will be intuitively guided and explore a range of intense movement and deep stillness.
Lakeside Accommodations and Nutritious Foods
Take in the serene views of the water as you relax in a spacious and inviting home nestled amongst the trees. Enjoy a balanced menu of whole foods that is free from gluten and refined sugars.
Intentional Creation
Make your own tantric mala or dive into another form of sacred self expression using the myriad of arts and crafts supplies we will have on hand.
Hot Springs Adventures
One day we will adventure into downtown Hot Springs to soak in the healing waters and take in the historic monuments and museums. And one day we will go mining for crystals at one of the best, most abundant mines in Arkansas.

Retreat Overview
We will gather together for Opening Cremony around 4pm on September 19th. If you are flying in, the closest airport is LIT (Little Rock, Arkansas). From the airport, our accommodations in Hot Springs are about an hour away via Uber or rental car. We will have our closing ceremony the evening of the 22nd and everyone will check out and depart the retreat site by 11am on the 23rd of September.
The altars will be set with great intention to protect and serve all participants and hosts. The angels, guides, and great ancestors will be felt and honored. Curated playlists will hold the space while we eat, chat, and dance.
Each morning we will meet together at sunrise to meditate and discuss the schedule for the day. You are welcome to join the group for what we have planned but participation is always optional and never required. During the experience you can expect to spend one day crystal mining, one day exploring Hot Springs National Park, and one day in full relaxation mode at the retreat house. One night we will also have an epic ecstatic dance ceremony facilitated and curated by DJ SPASIBA.
Nutritious and balanced meals will be provided throughout the experience and our shared kitchen will be abundantly stocked with healthy refreshments and snacks.
